We have successfully completed the installation of a new automatic high-bay warehouse for the Bavarian State Opera's scenery.
This extension of the existing facility includes a steel racking structure with 451 storage spaces specifically designed for the scenery containers. The warehouse features a roof and facade, 186 containers (measuring 9.7m x 2.3m x 2.7m), a specialized lifting platform for the delivery and manual handling of containers, and an automatic rack lift equipped with a satellite system designed for precise manipulation of these containers. RIKO was responsible for designing, supplying, and assembling the technological equipment, integrating it seamlessly with the existing warehouse system, and expanding the IT infrastructure for warehouse management. Over the next four years, during the warranty period, RIKO will also handle the maintenance of the entire storage system.
