Riko and Škrabec among the most respected names

According to a study conducted by Kline & Partner, a company that measures and monitors the reputation of companies and directors, both the company Riko and its founder and director Janez Škrabec rank  as two of the most respected names in Slovenia. This year, Janez Škrabec has been ranked as the 5th most respected Slovenian director and the company Riko has been ranked as the 13th most respected Slovenian company.
The company Riko achieved a high 13th place on this year’s list of the “Most Respected Companies” in Slovenia. According to the opinion of the business community, it has earned its place because of the quality of its offer, the innovativity of its offer, and its corporate social responsibility, clear vision and leadership excellence. Riko jumped up 25 places from number 38 last year to number 13 this year.
The excellence of directors and presidents of management boards was rated by the business community on the basis of criteria such as the quality, innovativity and appeal of the company’s offer, its vision and leadership excellence, financial performance, employee care and corporate social responsibility. These criteria are the properties that form the profile of leadership excellence. The representatives of the business community (managers of large, medium and small sized companies) ranked Janez Škrabec as the 5th most respected Slovenian director. Although this year’s ranking is 3 spots lower than that of last year, it still confirms that, with his continuing commitment to achieve high standards of business and personal ethics, Janez Škrabec has continuously justified his place on the list of the most respected Slovenian directors for a number of years.
