In accordance with the specific requirements of the client, a world-renowned automotive component manufacturer, we have developed and manufactured two machines for the driveshaft end yoke processing. The processing is characterised by short operating times, achieved with the innovative conveyor system, which runs through the machine, thus providing extremely short tool change times. Furthermore, the conveyor system connects to a complex processing line, enabling smoother transport through the machine, which considerably improves product manipulation. The designed concept gives the client great flexibility in the processing of driveshafts of varying dimensions. The machine automatically adjusts to the diameter and length of the processed driveshaft. The machine's modular design allows us to use it for various machining operations, such as turning, milling, drilling and cutting. These machines are also equipped with state-of-the-art product measurement and control systems.
