The client commissioned a complex solution for the construction of rear axle housings for trucks, which covers a broad technology spectrum: friction-welding, turning, gear cutting, hardening, grinding, milling, drilling, thread cutting, and carrying out measurements on the completed rear axle housings. In addition to the majority of technical operations, we also designed and created a complete system to move products between individual production stages. We provided the design, delivery, and commissioning of the entire manufacturing line.
