For our client we supplied the equipment for manual machining of 4-cylinder engines. For this project we developed the technology, designed specific equipment components and supplied fully equipped machines including a conveying system, ready to manufacture engine blocks. The line was designed on the basis of several different standard horizontal machining centres produced by Heller. After delivering the goods, we commissioned the complete line and performed a statistical analysis to prove the quality of the final product.
